hi, i'm Riley Murtha!
you might be curious about my story and why you can/should trust me on your dopamine detox journey.
i relate so deeply to all the struggles outlined above - this offering comes directly from my own challenges, my own research and experimenting with what worked for me. i am diagnosed ADHD and have struggled with focus long before algorithms entered the scene and began to pull our attention. as a neurodivergent entrepreneur, i began to recognize that even if/when medicated, i was still regularly falling into the traps of scrolling and wasting time. i realized there is a bigger issue that we need to get to the root of.
