SOUL RESET SESSION
Himalayan Kriya yoga is a unique and powerful practice rarely found in North America. It uses a combination of breathwork, dynamic movement, tapping, mudras and mantras to restore the flow of life force energy in the body - releasing blockages, stuck energy and unprocessed emotion. It will leave you feeling lighter, more peaceful, with deeper clarity & more connected to self.

EMBODY SOMATIC MOVEMENT SESSION
A journey through movement and an opportunity to get out of the head and into the body. Accessing physical and emotional healing through the medicine of movement. We explore through different types of movement - guided dance, intuitive movement, strength, conditioning, stretching and mobility, and finish with intentional somatic release. We allow unprocessed emotion, stuck energy and trauma to leave the body when we reconnect with the body's wisdom.

OUTDOOR COMMUNITY WORKOUT
These are bodyweight workouts designed to challenge you - while making fitness fun! Come enjoy some fresh air, a great sweat, good music and the added bonus of community. These workouts offer a variety of bodyweight strength exercises, as well as aspects of plyometrics, cardio, core, mobility and balance. You'll be able to move at your own pace and push as hard you like - suitable for all fitness levels from total beginner, to experienced athlete!
