WHO AM I?
hi, i'm Riley Murtha!
you might be curious about my story or why you should trust me on your healing journey.
my own healing and spiritual journey began in 2017 and the catalyst was a toxic relationship.
my breakthrough happened when that relationship fell apart and left me raw, feeling broken and with my life in shambles. yet, this is when everything got good for me. because i didn't see myself as a victim, i took it as an opportunity. this time, id did the deep healing work, i spent time learning about myself, facing my patterns and trauma. for the first time, I was developing true self-understanding and learning to love myself unconditionally.
once i started doing the inner work - my external reality quickly began to change. I stopped self-sabotaging, quit drinking completely over 4 years ago, and i stopped attracting and inviting chaotic and toxic people into my life. I began to really, truly enjoy my own company and stopped chasing companionship in the wrong people and wanting to be seen, understood and loved by people who didn't have the depth or capacity to meet me there.
people can only know us and love us as deeply as we know and love ourselves. it's time to do things differently.
