This is a 90 minute 1:1 Himalayan Kriya energy healing session - a guided energetic purification process to help you move stuck energy out of the body and process and release stagnant and/or suppressed energy. We use breathwork, tapping, movement, mantras, mudras and more. This practice is about getting out of the head and into the body - using the body's wisdom to heal itself when given the space and tools.
